Detection head

检测机线圈或者称为检测头，内置“平衡式线圈”，三个线圈缠绕在非金属框架或成型器上，各线圈之间完全平行，中间的线圈（发射线圈）通高频电流产生磁场。位于中间线圈两侧的两个线圈为接收线圈。由于这两个线圈完全相同，并且与发射器保持相同间距，因此其感应电动势完全相同。当这些线圈反向连接时，电动势相互抵消，从而形成“零输出”，即达到平衡状态。然后用水泥灌注，确保在没有产品通过时，磁场属于动态平衡的状态，而不受比如温度变化、振动、电磁干扰等外部环境的影响。检测时产品相继穿过三个线圈，如果包含金属异物，磁场的平衡将被打破，产生感应电流，从而检测各种金属异物。

The detection coil or the detection head is built with "balanced coil". The three coils are wound on a non-metal frame or shaper. The coils are completely parallel. The middle coil (transmitting coil) passes through the high frequency current to generate magnetic field. The two coils on both sides of the middle coil are the receiving coils. Because the two coils are exactly the same and keep the same distance from the emitter, the induction electromotive force is exactly the same. When the coils are connected in reverse, the electromotive force counteracts each other and forms "zero output", that is, the equilibrium state is reached. Then the cement is poured to ensure that the magnetic field is in a dynamic equilibrium state without product passing, and is not affected by external environment such as temperature change, vibration and electromagnetic interference. When testing, products pass through three coils. If there are metal foreign bodies, the balance of magnetic field will be broken, and induced currents will be generated, so that all kinds of metal foreign bodies can be detected.

控制面板

Control panel

用户界面/控制面板，常见的包括触摸屏式和按键式，一般直接安装在检测头上。但是，如果检测头过小，或被安装在交通不便或无法进入的地点时，可使用连接电缆远程安装。

The user interface / control panel, which usually includes touch screen and keystrokes, is usually installed directly on the detection head. However, if the head is too small or is installed in a place where traffic is inconvenient or inaccessible, a connecting cable can be used for remote installation.

传输系统

传输系统，用于使产品通过开口，最为常用的传输装置为水平传送带式，同时针对不同的产品应用，可以选择重力下落式（管道中传输的粉末或者颗粒）、水平管道式（液态和流体）以及制药行业常用的塑料导槽。

自动剔除系统

自动剔除系统，用于将任何受感染的产品剔除出生产线，通常安装在传输系统上。有多种不同类型，包括吹气式、推杆式、翻板式等。剔除系统的类型将取决于需要检测的产品。

An automatic elimination system, which is used to remove any infected products from the production line, and is usually installed on the transmission system. There are a variety of different types, including blowing, push rod, plate type, etc. The type of rejection of the system will depend on the product that needs to be detected.
