一般探测器分辨率分为60x80、160x120、384x288等等。IR-160L采用非制冷焦平面微热型的160x120像素的探测器。非制冷红外 探测器不需要在系统中安装制冷装置，因此尺寸较小、重量较轻且功耗较低。此外，它们与制冷型光子探测器相比可提供更宽的频谱响应和更长的工作时间。因此， 非制冷技术能为用户提供成本更低、可靠性更高的高灵敏传感器。对于我们工厂来说 160x120完全够用了。而且价格也相对便宜一些。

IR-160L手持式红外热像仪配置50/60Hz帧频。帧频是指每秒种放映或显示的帧或图像的数量。帧频越大，动画的速度就越快，过低的帧频会导 致播放时断时续。作为参考电影用24帧，每秒的帧频可分为快扫描和慢扫描两大类，电力系统所用的设备一般采用快扫描热像仪（帧频在20Hz以上），否则就 会带来一些工作不便，50/60Hz帧保证IR-160L能胜任各种工作环境和要求。而且之前我曾看过其他品牌的热像仪，2万元左右的手持式热像仪的帧频 一般都是9Hz，如果要达到50/60Hz的帧频，价格也是高达5、6万左右。

IR-160L通过功能键板上的内置麦克风来录制声音，语音注释时单幅图像最长为60秒，我们可以利用语音注释快速解说每幅图片，这一点还是比较省时、省 力的。存储可使用标配含8GB的Micro SD存储卡，最高可扩展到16GB，红外图像可以传至电脑。以防止我们后期因为工作繁忙而对检测结果造成误差。
