Maintenance process
对存在问题的产品应根据故障现象，分析査找原因并记录。
For the products with problems, we should analyze and find out the causes and record them according to the failure phenomena.
按照相关技术文件和维修作业指导书的要求对故障产品的结构、部件等进行检查，对发现的问题应采取相应维修措施并予以记录：
To inspect the structure and components of the faulty products according to the requirements of relevant technical documents and maintenance operation instructions, and to take corresponding maintenance measures and record the problems found:
a)虚焊、漏焊、紧固件松动的，应补焊或紧固；

b)部件和元器件老化、损坏的，应修复或更换；

c)绝缘介质损坏、击穿的，应更换；

更换部件和元器件时，应对产品所更换的部件、元器件及相应部位进行防潮、防盐雾、防霉处理。

产品维修后，应依据相关产品标准进行检验，记录检验结果，合格后应加贴检验合格标识。
